Loclain produces and markets the patented LocPower® solution that improve leakage management and produces green energy. The technology consists of a control valve (DN80 - DN600) of unique design and performance.

Unlike traditional control valves, LocPower® controls flow and pressure in real time through an obturator-turbomachine group, recovering energy that is usually dissipated.

Although marketing of this innovative solution began in 2017, Loclain boasts several installations in the Italian market on aqueducts and district heating networks. Many other orders are on the books for 2018, including the aqueduct managed by Alto Trevigiano Servizi, where one of the installations will be a DN 600 to produce 300,000 kWh/year.
